How do I know when to eat my meals?
Each and every item we produce comes with the macro nutrients and a name defining the specific ingredients displayed clearly on each package. You should be consuming a FEEDmyFIT meal every 3-4 hours depending on your health and fitness goals. You can decide which meal to eat for lunch and dinner. Snacks are the option for in-between meals. If you decide not to include breakfast in your plan, we suggest that you eat breakfast on your own within 45 minutes of waking up.
Is there a sign up deadline?
Yes, in order for your food to be ready for the upcoming week you must place your order either the Thursday by 5pm to receive a Monday delivery, or Monday by 5pm to receive a Thursday delivery.
How do I heat my meals?
All our meals are cooked and delivered in microwave safe containers. Simply place in your microwave for 60-90 seconds depending on your microwave with one side of lid opened. Note, not all meals are intended warm. ei. wraps, crepes, yogurt.
Can I customize my plan?

How long will my meal last, can I freeze them?
Your meals should be consumed within a week, but some may last up to two weeks depending on the meal. We keep our meals extremely healthy and clean by not preserving the ingredients. We do not recommend freezing the meals but if you are in a position where you need to, it’s best not keep them frozen for more than 2 weeks. All meals are made and delivered fresh. Note: the meals taste superior when eaten Fresh!
